WHEN MIGHT YOU NEED KEMPOCK?

There are many situations where external political advice can make a big difference.

• A parliamentary committee has invited you to give evidence.
• A government consultation, or proposed legislation affects your sector.
• A media story is attracting political attention.
• You need to understand how devolution affects your organisation.
• You are entering a highly regulated environment.
• A political issue is creating reputational risk.
• Senior leaders need independent advice before making a decision.

These situations are rarely just political.

They often affect reputation, operations, stakeholder relationships and organisational risk.

That’s where Kempock comes in to help.

HELPING YOU NAVIGATE CHOPPY POLITICAL WATERS

A river scene with a large stone monument reading 'KEMPOCK STONE A.D. 800' on the left and a modern glass building next to the water on the right, with mountains in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

For centuries, the Kempock Stone has stood above the Firth of Clyde in Gourock. Sailors would circle it before setting out to sea, seeking safe passage through uncertain waters. A fixed point. Something solid to turn to before navigating what lay ahead.

The devolved political landscape can be just as unpredictable.

The UK's political landscape no longer begins and ends at Westminster.

Kempock provides straight-talking political counsel grounded in real-world experience of how decisions are actually made.

Legend has it, witches would encircle the Kempock Stone and cast spells on the powers that be.

These days we rely less on spells, and more on experience, insight and good judgement. You don't need mystical insight to understand devolved politics.

You just need clear, practical advice grounded in real experience from someone who has been in the room.

No spin. No noise. No nonsense. Just straight talking political advice.

WHY KEMPOCK

Kempock was founded by Jamie Greene following more than a decade in elected office at the heart of Scottish politics.

As a parliamentarian, committee member and senior political spokesperson, he experienced first-hand how legislation develops, how scrutiny works and how political decisions are made.

Today, Kempock combines that experience with a practical understanding of how organisations operate outside politics, helping clients navigate the space where politics, policy, media and reputation meet.

That combination is what makes Kempock different.
