Knowledge: from the inside out

Kempock was founded by Jamie Greene after more than a decade at the heart of Scottish politics, alongside a career in broadcast and digital media.

As a Member of the Scottish Parliament, he served on parliamentary committees, introduced and amended legislation, and engaged directly with ministers, stakeholders and senior decision-makers during major political debates.

That experience included challenging senior political figures and witnesses, scrutinising policy proposals, and seeing first-hand how decisions are really made.

Experience is not defined by titles alone, though. It comes from understanding how policy, media and public opinion interact in real time.

That perspective informs every piece of advice and judgement Kempock provides.

WHY THAT MATTERS

Effective political advice is rarely theoretical. It comes from real life experience.

Most organisations experience politics from the outside looking in.

Kempock sees politics from the inside looking out.
